Leaflets
Leaflets can be supplied as flat sheets, also known as flyers, or folded in a variety of ways.
We supply leaflets and flyers usually in standard A sizes from A7 to A3, as well as some square sizes and one-third A4 (99mm × 210mm).
We keep stock of a variety of paper weights (thicknesses), most commonly 130gsm (grams per square metre), 170gsm, 250gsm and 300gsm card.
Flyers (flat sheets) can be laminated for longevity either with gloss or matt lamination film, or an antimicrobial coating suitable for use in clinical and food-preparation situations.
Leaflets are usually supplied bulk packed into cardboard boxes, but we can also bundle them into quantities that you request and wrap them with paper bands. For ultimate protection we can shrink-wrap the bundles too.

Folded leaflets
130gsm and 170gsm papers can be folded in a variety of configurations, depending on their starting size (larger leaflets can be folded more times).
Heavier weight papers and cards can be supplied either ready-folded or flat and creased, ready to be folded as they are required. This latter option takes up less storage space.
The terminology for folding leaflets varies from company to company; some firms will call a multiple Z fold a "W fold" for example. The names we give to our folded leaflets are shown here, but if there is a specific fold you're looking for and can't find, please don't hesitate to get in touch for help.
Turnaround time
Leaflets are usually dispatched within 5 working days from order confirmation.

VAT guidance
Most leaflets are zero-rated for VAT if they are designed to be read a few times, and then disposed of. There are some exceptions however; please see our VAT Information page for more details or contact us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to advise you.
