Yes, all of our prices and quotations include delivery to any mainland UK address. We can deliver to the highlands of Scotland and islands, but this costs more and usually takes an extra working day. We will let you know if this applies when you tell us your delivery address.

We send all of our work using 24 hour (overnight) services. While all of our next-day delivery orders are delivered on time in more than 98% of cases, some outlying areas may take two days. We always recommend you allow additional time for your delivery to arrive in case of non-performance of couriers or other unexpected problems.

Yes, although delivery to these areas costs extra and can take up to three working days. We simply add on the price quoted by FedEx, TNT or Royal Mail (for small packages) and we are happy to get a delivery price for you as part of a job quote.

Yes, we send all of our work in unbranded packages, so we can deliver directly to your customer under a 'white label' arrangement if you wish.

Our couriers offer guaranteed morning delivery of most products goods for an additional charge. The options are before 12 noon; before 10.30am or before 9am, and the charges increase the earlier the delivery slot. Please contact us for an accurate delivery quote if you need to take advantage of these services so we can check they are available to your delivery address.

If your delivery shows any signs of damage or mishandling, it is vital that you sign the delivery note DAMAGED or NOT INSPECTED. Without this step, it becomes much harder for us to entertain a claim against the courier company which delivered your order. Please take several photographs of the damage or evidence of short goods (eg. a burst box) before opening any part of the consignment.
