Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

Step 1: Contact us for a quote. Our computerised quoting system lets us give you prices in seconds by phone. For more complex requirements we will send prices by email; we aim to send quotes within one hour.

Step 2: Send us your artwork if you are not using our design service. Email or transfer your artwork PDF to us using a facility such as WeTransfer.

Step 3: Pay for your order. We accept credit and debit cards or payment by bank transfer. Public sector organisations can take advantage of automatic 30 day credit terms.

Do your prices include VAT?

No. Most of our customers are VAT-registered businesses, so we quote prices exclusive of VAT. Most, but not all, printed items are subject to VAT at the standard rate. You can find a comprehensive list of which items are standard and zero rated on our VAT Information page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards by telephone, bank transfers, cheques, postal orders and cash sent by Special Delivery. We strongly recommend the use of a credit/debit card or Faster Payments bank transfer to pay for your order, since these are instant and will not affect our guaranteed turnaround times. Cheques can take up to seven working days to clear, potentially resulting in delays to your job.

Can I apply for a credit account?

We extend 30 day credit accounts without the need for application forms to public-sector organisations such as schools, colleges and hospitals. Regrettably, we cannot offer credit terms to private organisations or individuals.
